Description of Sofis from Hacı Katip Efendi (k.s)

Some people are like roses; It has smell and color.
Some people are like fire; It has smoke and smell.
But sufis are like roses. When people see the Sufis, the smell of the dhikr of Allah (c.c.) is felt in the hearts of the Sufis.
The heart that does not remember Allah (c.c.) is like a stone; it neither holds water, nor plants, nor gives anything else. May Allah (c.c.) make us one of his servants with a soft heart, tearful eyes, and in love with the Truth.
